Jeffrey is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group in the Toronto office. He is building a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, technology and general corporate transactions.

Jeffrey joined McMillan as a summer student in 2013 and completed his articles with the firm in 2015. During law school, Jeffrey volunteered at his school’s community legal aid clinic.
