
Associate, McMillan
Linda is an associate in the Advocacy and Employment group in the firm’s Vancouver office. She works in a broad range of areas, including negligence, commercial and contract disputes, banking and financial services litigation, creditors’ remedies, and labour and employment matters. Linda has represented clients in both Provincial and Supreme Court.
Linda also practices business immigration law, including processing applications for Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), work permits, visitor visas, and permanent residence in Canada.
Linda was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015 and a graduate of Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. She has been with McMillan since joining the firm for summer articles in 2013. Linda volunteers with Access Pro Bono and sits on the board of the BC Chapter of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL).
